How do I make My buddy list move like so many people have?

do you mean make it move at the bottom of your sig?

1) go to edit profile
2) go to that block that says signature
3) type scroll but use it in the
4) after typing scroll in the brackets type the names of the people you want to see AKA your friends
4) then finish it by typing the word scroll in brackets but with a / in front of the word scroll.

okay I will do an example. you can see how I did this by just quoteing me by clicking on the quote button on my post
