who is the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to be eliminated? How? By who?

Hmmm, no prep time, all out brawl, I would say they would split up, Hellboy takes Bats down with ease, Spawn has more difficulty with Spiderman, but the Web slinger just wouldn't have the stopping power to beat Spawn, who knocks him out with a chain or something. Then the two Hellish heroes square of, a brutal fist fight occurs, but neither seems to be able to get the upper hand, but in the end Hellboy would get lucky, or win through on sheer toughness, sending Spawn packing.

Umm, can someone tell me why is batman even in this scenario at all?
Let me put this in to perspective.

A human with karate skills vs. an deadman with gothic powers vs. a superhuman with instinctive relfexes to avoid danger vs. a demon

c'mon guys, leave batman to fight cat woman, daredevil and maybe capt america
