Is it possible to explode from eating too much?


You see I don't think I have ever eaten as much as I have today...and I was just wondering if I am going to explode.

I have almost eaten one of those big tins of popcorn. I think the probabilility is high that I'm going to explode.

Possible? Probably. But it would have to be such a massive amount of food, I doubt a tin of popcorn, even if it is the large kind, would do it.

You cannot explode by eating too much, eventually, you would just puke up.

This reminds me of the movie Seven where the guy is fed till he could eat no more and then kicked in the stomach so his stomach exploded internally.

I doubt it if you would blow up just for eating too much.If it was true then a person who is really over weight would had blowned up along time ago.
