I've just been watchin X-men2 and i noticed that when tyhe humans are being 'attacked' by Xavier. when you see the President he seems more with it than every one else his eyes are open and moving unlike everyone else. could he be a mutant himself and just recovering from the earlyer attack? some one help me with this one cos im a little confuzzed thanx

I think it's because the Prof. wanted to talk to the president without interuptions. Eg. freezing surrounding staff which include nasty people with guns.
