No, look at the bottom of the page, there's an option called 'Post Reply'.... click on that and use the 'browse' function, choose the pic you have saved on your comp that you want to post and it'll do it.

Hit post reply, and at the bottom there'll be an option that says "attach file", you browse for a file on your harddrive and attach it.
