piccolo has namek fused with every namek in the universe

Huh? There wasn't that many Namekians left and most of them choose not to fight being a peaceful race, Piccalo could most likely beat every namek already so it's not like he's going to have much extra power...

So the answer to the question is basically anyone stronger then Piccalo with 2x His power, So Buu or Goku or Alot of people could still beat him no problem

007 is the best. He can transform into anything! 001 too, he's a physic toddler.

That's why Dragon BallZ and GT are so silly. It was supposed to end after Cell saga was done with, but the creator had to punch out more after that. The characters kept getting more and more powerful, which is totally ridiculous. They're bodies should've crapped out on them and conbusted half way through the anime.
