I think Quicksilver could beat Spider-man but would get leveled by Whirlwind.
Spidy though could twist his way through it.

I heard of the Marauders against the X-Men and since you said Peter (I think you mean Colossus and not Spiderman), then based on the name, it could be Riptide who throws those "ninja-star" like blades when he twirls. If that's the case, even Spiderman could not dodge the amount of blades he sends out. Colossus was only able to succeed due to his durability.

Yea but you said the eyeholes if i had a helmet and you shot my eyes closed i doubt id suffocate. I dont know about you but i dont breath through my eyes.
