Download and install it...if you download the Windows 2000/XP version it comes with iTunes.

The Ones
thanks.

No, it means there is something wrong with the file. If Quicktime wasn't installed, it wouldn't give you a Quicktime error page. Either the website has something wrong with the file, or there is an error in your Quicktime. Reinstall Quicktime, otherwise if that fails, consult the website, or try it from another computer. The media could be down.

The Ones
thanks for everyones help. im going to try J kozz's idea

The Ones
does anyone know where i can download the latest version of quicktime without i tunes?

yerssot
perhaps you can get rid of itunes later after downloading the file ?

The Ones
no i cant. i tried that

yerssot
but is it a problem you have it?

The Ones
when i download it theres no trace of quicktime, only i tunes. quicktime didnt download

There's a version right there. You just don't get the one that says "includes iTunes" and you're good to go. Here's the screeny to prove it; click it to go to the site. I'd recommend clearing your computer of everything Quicktime, so you get a fresh install.

After doing that, and finding that it doesn't work, how about trying to find a new source for the media; the website is the problem if this doesn't work. Consult the webmaster there. Or, post the link here, and see if anyone else can download it.
