Slattern has a tendency to not sound like any one band itself, but to have varying tendencies from multiple influences... Heavy, crunchy yet melodic. Not quite Metal, but not standard Rock either. Slattern and it's members are influenced by a wide range of music. Anwhere from Pink Floyd to Godsmack, Tool to Tori Amos. However the band does not feel that these musical influences are prevelent in the music at all.
