Mephisto vs. Yoda vs. Spawn vs. Dark Phoenix

In an all out battle who wins?

I think Mephisto. Isn't he like marvel verison of Satan or something?

Would come down to Dark Phoenix or Mephisto. I am not knowleagable enough when it comes to Dark Phoenix'es abilites. Someone else who really knows about these 2 would need to fill us in. Yoda and Spawn would be toast.

Yoda and Spawn don't stand a ghost of a chance.

Dark Phoenix. She's a god beyond gods. Spawn is a Satan flunkie, so he's out. Yoda may give her trouble during a chess match, but not a battle. Mephisto is Marvel's version of Satan, but he is limited to Earth. The Phoenix is a primal force that existed BEFORE creation. Mephisto would give her a run for her money, but in the end DP would win

In his own dimension, mephisto is basically unbeatable as he draws off the dimension constantly, which enabled him to stalemate galactus, but he only stopped the battle when galactus started devouring his dimension. If it was outside his dimension, then dark phoenix would win for sure.

Mephisto possesses vast supernatural power, which is apparently inherent within him. He can use this magical energy for various effects, among which are the augmentation of his own physical strength, levitation, teleportation, the projection of mystical energy as force blasts, invisibility, matter manipulation, image projection, size transformation of his body or other objects or beings, the creation of temporary interdimensional apertures, and so on. There seems to be no single feat beyond Mephisto's capabilities, with two exceptions: the subjugation of any sentient being's will to his own without that being's deliberate submission, and the "reading" of a sentient being's thoughts.

Mephisto also possesses certain powers enabling him to capture and detain the astral bodies (sheaths of the soul) of recently deceased human beings. Mephisto does not have jurisdiction over all the souls of humanity's recently deceased. It is not yet known what the prerequisite conditions are for him to be able to manipulate a human soul, nor are the precise means by which he accomplishes the feat known. Apparently these conditions require that the human being in question willingly agree to submit to Mephisto's will. It is not known how a human being may free himself from bondage to Mephisto (although Johnny Blaze apparently did), nor whether Mephisto will forever retain control of the souls he has obtained. Nor is it known whether or not Mephisto "feeds" on the psychic energies of such souls as other demons do.

Apparently Mephisto can entrap a living human being within his realm through sheer physical force, even if the person did not submit his or her will to him. The woman named Topaz was thus entrapped until her recent escape.

As a demon, Mephisto is functionally immortal and beyond such human needs as food, air, and sleep. His body appears to be composed of some supernatural substance that is more durable and resilient than human flesh and tissue.

Among the demons of various extradimensional netherworlds adjacent to Earth, Mephisto has few rivals in terms of personal power and scope of influence. Only Thog and Satannish come close.

Mephisto's power seems to be connected to his extradimensional domain and diminishes over time spent away from it. Therefore, he usually sends demonic agents to do his bidding.

So would he be able to beat Dark Phoenix?

Spawn possess powers from Hell, Heaven and Earth.His level of power and being dangerous depends from his will.He's basically a God.He can wipe out both DP and MP just destroying their ebsence with a hand and with the other use Yoda like a basketball.

Yoda can fight at the level of a drunken leprachaun/angry gremlin and has telekinises and that weird proffessor X stuff going on. Only he can walk with his stick and doesnt pass out as much. So he could possibly annoy Dark Phoenix until she makes his head explode.

Except Yoda's telekinesis is about the same level has Marvel Girl's was way back in the day.

you all are acting like spawn is cannon fodder or something. Read issue 100. He bowls through lords of hell like they were pins.
I don't know much about those two other characters but don't think that spawn goes down without heck of a fight.

On a whim, Dark Phoenix can effect a change in a large scale. Mephisto is probably the closest to this quality, but he's only the strongest when in his own domain.
