First fight will be between

Marvel Knights vs X-Men

Marvel Knights is using

Blade
Iron Fist
Dare Devil

X-Men are using

Jean Grey
Cyclops
Wolverine

Marvel Knights are seriously outgunned. The X-Men have a telepath and a telekinetic. Jean could take them all out by her lonesome

Well Cyclops would eventually be subdued first and the Iron Fist would battle Logan, I don't know how Blade and DD would deal with Jean.
