Very simple:

first name : take the first 3 letters of your surname and add them to the first 2 letters of your first name.

second name: the first 2 letters of your mother's maiden surname and add them to the first 3 letters of your hometown.

EG. Bart Simpson lives in Springfield and his mother's maiden surname is Bouvier.
