In my book, Longshot beats Spider-man. So too does Daredevil. In this showdown, I think Daredevil's 6th sense will be strong enough to counteract Longshot's luck.
Thus Longshot will have to fight him in hand to hand combat. Now Longshot is an experienced leader of a resistance and an X-men.

Actually Longshot has been taken down by some pretty weak robots in one of those lame 90's X-MEn comics so I say DD woud dodge a few knives and they would fight at a even pace until Longshot gives up or DD dies because the man without fear will never surrender.
