K this isn't a life threatening thing, but why doesn't my sig center properly

It's because you are using the glow. Remove the glow and it'll be centered normally.

I wish that the sig limit was 15 lines instead of 10

but the thing is, the one with SMALLER text and LESS GLOW is 11 lines.... the BIGGER ONE is 10 lines doesnt make sense to me

Mr Dave, it's because the "checker" is very crude (I wrote it )

It only checks the length of the text. It does not parse the tags to determine the amount of space it's taking - it's just too complicated

Yes, that would be possible, since it does understand tags.
