Isn't it just some lookalike extra with makeup that makes him look even more like Tarkin? I remember seeing a pick last year, on TFN.

What I was amazed by was the fact that 'Turbo Tank Driver' will indeed be in ROTS Makes you wonder why they don't list 'baby luke' and 'baby leia' figures maybe star wars types aren't into really tiny figures :P

Early rumours that got round included a possible "Tarkin-played-by
Ralph Fiennes" scenario..... I think he'd have been quite good.

Lets hope they get this right... Peter Cushing's portrayal was SO icey..
SO ruthless and remorseless.. Man....
On the scene where he says about "Alternative methods of persuasion"
and Vader replies with the real concerned "What do you mean..?!??"
Vader actually for a moment looks the less ruthless of the two......
It takes some excellent delivery/prescence to imply such evil with so few words as he does often in the movie......

Excellent casting by GL and hopefully he'll choose as wisely for Ep3 whoever he picks.

Well, seeing as how Tarkin will have few if any lines, I think the important thing is to get someone who looks like Cushing.....
