Yes you can put your hood up. I don't know why you think otherwise. Well, at least on Xbox you can but I assume that part is the same on all systems.

Anyway, I hate rap but this game rules. Its like a mix between the THQ wrestling games that ruled for N64 and DOA3. The environmental interaction is great and the finishing moves rule.
