Everyone is at their peak of powers. Tough match, I'd have to go with the first group though.

WAIT ARE WE THINKING HERE, the second group clayface bane and carnage oh and pyro. Pyro burns venom carnage iliminates him, then bats and wing go to attack clay face bane breaks batman again. the nightwing is slaughtered spidey your up. unless he has his cosmics he screwed. clay and carnage alone could maybe take those 4 those two are basicly twins.

There are too many contenders.

The way I look at it, everyone can dodge Pyro, so he could be taken out by anybody. Venom can take out Bane, Spider-Man and Batman can take out Carnage, Nightwing could take out Pyro, and then whoever is left over can take out Clayface. Spider-Man and Venom could take Clayface, they could just web him up and carry him off like a sack of mud.

OK. Here we go. I like the first group. The following matchups showwhy:
Nightwing vs. Pyro. Pyro goes towards Venom atfirst,but Nightwing runs in and kicks his ass.
Bane vs. Spiderman: Bane wants tobreak Bat's back again,but sees a bug. A sqaushable bug. A bug which keeps moving out of the way! Goddamn it!!! Bane loses himself trying to hit the Spiderman till he gets tired and Bats runs in and breaks the bitches' neck. Who's the ***** now!
Venom vs. Carnage: We've allseen this before,folks. Carnage is kicking Venom'sass, tillSpideyman runs in and the two blast the Venom wannabe into theground
Nightwing vs. Clayface: Yawn... Nightwing freezes the bastard and walks away to go make out with Starfire.

Venom can easily take carnage now. He use to be super-powerful because he was a new character now hes nothing.

They always show that heart has a lot more to do with winning than powers alone in these comics and stuff, one of the reasons Batman wins pretty much every single fight. So I think Carnage is insanely powerful, but Venom has a want to kill him so bad that theres no way he could lose (unless the odds are completely against him obviously, if you have 100 people and Carnage against Venom he's done for).

Yes, I agree partially. But Carnage is a stronger/faster Venom. And hence, it all comes down to wether or not Brock is thinking. But I swear I read that he isn't as powerful. I know very litte about the two though.
