Delete some of the sh1t you have on it,.

Have you ever clean out your temp files? Many people forget to do that. Run disk cleanup out of your system tools menu if you are running XP.

And there is a computer help forum as well.

temporary files. All the usless sh*t the computer stores from the net, i think
