there are other things on the main site that have been found.
For example, crystal skulls that are thousands of years old.

Nuclear Waste produce found in the middle of a field in a region that has never even had nuclear power.

I think that it was not people in the past that had this technology, but people from hundreds of years in the future who went back in time and did loads of stuff, doing whatever they want, and acting like gods, making the natives worship them as gods. Then they used their technology to cover up their existance.
