Ummmm, Toad murders them horribly. Toad may not be on most characters' level, but the Hobbits are not even anywhere remotely close to Toad's level. Total mismatch.

The Hobbits are freakin adorable. I vote they win purely based on that. Booo for cutting out the Battle of Bywater in the movies!
