I wouldn't meet with someone I hadn't spoke to, seen on webcam etc. All the people I have met, have been fine. I don't get the "What if it's a paedophile?" thing anyway. Anyone underage and unable to protect themselves that goes along to an internet meet up with no accompaniment and such, is a moron anyway.

I can look after myself so it doesn't matter who I meet. The only people who fear the net are those who have a limited knowledge of it so it seems. As for the relationship thing, yes. The odds it will work out can be and are, slim. Distance and dedication aren't two things easily achievable, if you want it and it's there, you can make it happen if there's ways. I don't believe in "true love" over the net. But there's a big difference between and internet relationship and an internet BORN relationship.

If you continue a relationship over a computer, never meeting etc. Pointless.

If you start it there and go on to make it happen, even if it fails, it's credible.
