BlackC@t, right click on Internet Explorer, goto Properties and then delete Cookies and Temporary Internet files, much simpler than hunting through directories for it...

Oh yeah, and you can clear History from there, or delete individual bits of history from the "History" button at the top of your Internet Explorer window. thumbsup

under Internet options (which is under tools) click 'clear history' that should do the trick..I don't think you can restore the cookies...tell them you were getting spyware and heard clearing your cookies would help
