Ok Marvel and Marvel next generation vs DC who wins?

I'm fully convinced that Batgirl can beat Spider-Girl easily. Then it would just be Batman and Batgirl versus Spider-Man. I'm leaning on the Bats.

On an impromptu fight, the Spider team. But if you are saying Spidergirl, that could also mean Spiderman is crippled (lost a leg due to Green Goblin) and this could curry in the Bat team's favor.
