Doc Ock physically man handled Professor Hulk with his adamantium arms and has always been fast enough to put up more than decent defense against Spiderman.

I don't think Sabretooth would get within striking distance.

yeah the doc would humiliate sabretooth, the same way he did to spiderman.

Well, to my knowledge once. Another incident showed Doctor Octopus gambling and the Mr. Fixit version was dispatched to get him out of the casino. Doctor Octopus used his tentacles to grapple him, but Mr. Fixit just twirled it around his arm and dragged him closer to him and literally fingered him unconscious.

On the fight, Doctor Octopus wins.
