Doesn't it suck when you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty? I'm not talking, oh, I need a drink of water. I'm talking about when it feels like 'you haven't had a drink in three days' thirsty. Odd how all that works out, really.

Anyone else experience this amazing phenomenon of thirst? shock

lol yeah it sucks i usually keep a full water bottle next to my bed

all the time

and sometimes its not even in the middle of the night, sometimes i fall asleep then wake up 5 mintutes later just dieing for water

I wake up and swallow a couple of times, trying to avoid getting up and going to the kitchen. It doesn't work, so i dont fall asleep again for another half hour.

I know what you mean, I get soooo thirsty at night, it's like where does all that water go???

I always get really hungry and thirsty at like 2 am

i dont get thirsty or hungry

but i do have this big urge to go to the bathroom

I've had such bouts of increddible midnight thirst in the past but luckily not for several years now!

How'd you get rid of the bouts? What's your secret?
