In a fair fight Catwomen considering she beat Joker in one issue and the Joker actually killed Robin. Although we later find out he is really alive.

Good fight. I'm assuming current Robin vs. current Catwoman. Catwoman, being a grown adult, could probably win a straight up fight. But Robin is a lot like Batman in that he's good with prep. With any amount of prep Robin will win without incident.
