Yep.... Certainly looks that way from the pics of that scene....
Although the alien in that pic has its back to us, the garb he/she is wearing definitely matches.....!

And the pic allegedly showing the face of the alien in question that came out not long after the delivery/death scene shot that looked like a generic "Grey" alien reject from the X-files or something - was indeed fake as suspected/hoped so at the time......

I still think this thing looks like a Hello Kitty character. Big cute eyes, no nose or mouth. Way too cutesy for me. But I guess they needed a new kiddie marketing gimmick ala Ewoks.
