Just back from Green Day!!!! Not my 1st choice of gig but my mate broke his leg playing footie on Monday so a free ticket was offered. Anyway, sorry for inducing all the "oh another lame thread" comments but I was bored out of my **** at work and thought it seemed original at the time. Can YOU GUYS do better? Anyway, I'm going to bed, Green Day were amazing and I'm still hyper. Goodnight Eastern Seaboard. Seriously, i fail to see what is so great about ****ing Green Day! their riffs are the most annoying things on the planet...They sing songs about politics that i fail to see how the majority of thier fans can relate to...oh i dont want to be an american idiot even although i live 7000 miles away from America and Billy Joel or whatever the **** he calls himself to sound hip and cool has one of the most annoying voices i have ever heard.

Whats worse is that everytime the radio is on, in the car or at work i am gaurunteed to hear a Green Day song at least once, maybe even twice. Everywhere i go i seem to be surrounded by ****ing Green Day and it drives me nuts because i feel like i am the only one who seems to have a problem with this...

whenever my friends ask me about one of their songs and im like "oh i dont like Green Day" i get my head bitten off.... its like "OMG how can you not like Green Day, everyone likes Green Day" its true everyone seems to like them exept me... even the neds seem to have some weird liking for them...
