Well, it's arguably the strongest member of the DC universe going up against the strongest member of the Marvel universe going up against the strongest man in the universe. So who do you think would ultimately prevail in this battle royal?

I remember seeing a thread about Superman Vs. He-Man,
in which a number of posters pointed out just how strong
He-Man is.
So Hulk (powered by gamma radiation) goes down first
(quite easily), followed a bit later by Superman (powered
by the sun's radiation), with He-Man (powered by Castle
Greyskull and magical powers from the universe), stands
hardly bruised.

He-Man will be dead before he can say "I have the power". Possibly before the first two syllables.

hahaha.......oh that hurts! What are He mans powers? I rerad in a comic calledx Mad magazine where he man got mugged or killed in New York City. He might be masters of the universe but not in NYC!

He has throw things into the Sun, just likes Supes do, they have met before in comics and the fight was practically a draw.So He-Man can show his own pretty good

DC Comics Presents #47 "From Eternia with Death!"

While trying to infiltrate Castle Grayskull, Skeletor inadvertently opens a dimensional rift that brings pre-Crisis Superman from Earth to Eternia.

In order to continue with his acquisition of Castle Grayskull uninterrupted, Skeletor casts a powerful spell over Superman and forces him to do battle with He-Man.

Superman manages to hold off He-Man long enough to break free of the spell Skeletor cast over him and the two heroes then turn on Skeletor. With Skeletor defeated, Superman is returned home to Earth through a space warp.

^^Yeah I actually found that comic and here are some captions that I found interesting....btw don't understand why the front cover is in English and yet inside it's Spanish...lol....beats the heck out of me.

But fear not Sup fans...he does manage to sneak in a lucky punch in there towards the end!

Anyways, looks like a draw to me. But interesting thing to note here is it appears that Supes is vulnerable to more than just Kryptonite, including magic and He-man's powers are of course magical. Just sayin... think about it

Superman still still has the flight advantage, heat vision etc. I think He-Man would get owned.

This is basically Superman vs. Hulk. Again. A blast of heat vision, and He-Man's down easily. Then the Hulk would battle him.

He-Man is not vulnerable to heat vision. In fact, He-Man has virtually no vulnerabilities.

Superman can be beaten to a pulp just like doomsday has done before in the past, he is also vunerable to magic and telepathic attacks

Actually, Supes heat vision could be deflected by He-Man's sword. It's magical too, just as is He-Man's degree of invulnerability. Not to mention he has a magical sabretooth tiger waiting to attack anyone trying to take a cheapshot.

Battlecat is more than a hip hop producer from LA.

I'd take He-Man. DC made it apparent on their own comic that Supes fears He-Man could kill him, and this is the much celebrated pre-crisis Supes.

Hulk is going to get double teamed and made a non factor, then He-Man and Supes slug it out until He-Man weakens Supes biomatrix ala Doomsday and, well, curtains.

To beat He-Man you have to destroy Castle Grayskull, the Sorceress, and his power source which she guards.

Or you could call in the Thundercats, Silverhawks, and Tigersharks.

The Bionic Six and Bots Master too.

The old-school He-man cartoons were awesome. Pure classic

In fact, someone needs make a new He-man movie with the Rock as He-man. Couldn't you just see him on the big screen yelling, "I have...the POWER!!!"

I didnt saw him being ko, otoh.

Considering he slugged out with pre crisis Supes, and even had him down as well, if we use that version of He-Man current Supes is at a considerable strength disavantage.

Now, Hulk however can attain those levels. As long its the classic savage Hulk.

Like said on some other thread, Superman could use heatvision to fry their asses for all eternity. Straight from the earth's orbit. He could bombard the earth with asteroids, take a sundip, have sex with Lois, speedblitz them etc. He is too versatile.

He-man was able cope with Pre-crisis Superman to some degree so yes, he is definitely stronger than both Hulk or Superman. If Superman's other powers were taken away, left with just strength, I could see He-man taking it.

In a pure all-out slugging match, it'd be He-Man who wins.

But Superman's speed and flight, if he used them correctly, would make this match easy for him.

He-Man takes this pretty easily, his power is magic based, plus the fact that He-Man is on pre-crisis level, because he wasn't retconned means Supes and Hulk aren't gonna have a easy job.

However, Superman is far too fast, and has too much versatility (Did I just say a flying brick had versatility? Shoot me...) for He-man. He-man, however, also has invulnerability to the Nth friggin degree, if I remember correctly. Superman would like have to BFR him.

But, of course, he is very capable of that.

As far as the Hulk goes? Speedblitz. Leaving the hulk as a pile of broken, bloody bones.

Hulk as also fought Superman and hurt him and matched his strength

He doesn't have to be killed to be knocked out. And pretty much all those willpower examples you posted are about him dealing with mind-control and telepathy.

Since neither He-Man nor Superman rely on that, it's basically useless.

But that's not what willpower is all about If he is truly pissed It would take a hell of a lot to K.O him. That's why Thing fights so hard his willpower pulls him threw tough fights like with Hulk and Gladiator.Mental Toughness

It means he can take a beating, yes, but it's not going to help him when Superman flies his ass into orbit at the speed of light.

And don't bring any arguments like, "But Hulk has tagged Quicksilver."

superman could also be near he mans level, just because it was pre crisis superman doesn't meen he couldnt be as strong as then, he has done some nutty feats in his current form, look at respect thread, hulk we all know can't match superman in strength when it comes to it, and he man is an odd one because this could go on until superman's power source dies off (sun)

That's right he can surpass Superman when it comes down to it.

how can you surpass him though, a comic inconsistancy is that knowone, when it comes down to it has overcome supermans strength, maybe in power but not his strength.

Course Hulk can match his strength. He can basically the physical strength of any one.

However, this doesn't mean he can actually BEAT any one.

"It's Laser Time" Superman wins, you just say that you will have to destroy Castle Gray-skull, the Sorceress and his power source with she guards.......Do you think destroy his home planet with maximum heat vision power (which have been stated in different comics that heat vision has enough power to destroy a whole planet, like in the Dark Night Strikes Back) in which are that stuff will be enough to take his powers, Meanwhile in the earth Hulk is battling He-man and He-man manages to almost to destroy the Hulk, but do to the fact he lost most of his power were take down, and hulk got pissed off, well Hulk finish him. Superman returns and waits all until all that happen in the Earth's orbit and then battle the Hulk, and wins like in the crossover of Marvel vr. DC...........Superman wins, the Hulk and Finally He-man even though he has a lot more power that those guys. of curse I can be very wrong

Heat vision will do nothing to either hulk or he man.


Hmm i do remember a supes he-man battle many years ago and yes i do belive it was a draw an d in theory he-man should win due to the magical powers that posess him.

I loved the old He-man toons but i dont like to mix the masters of the univers with dc comics it just dont fit right.

In one of the few times Kal has used that tactic it didnt worked against DOS Doomsday.

I think Sentry actually has pulled off those tactics more often.
