Hal Jordan (as GL, not parallax)

Extant is a hyper powered version of waverider.
Both these guys were the main 2 villains in zero hour. But who would win in a fight.
The zero hour Jordan was infected with the parallax parasite, but I still think that regular GL jordan could beat Extant.
