OK let me ask you a question if you were going to make your own comic book company Wouldn't you adopt ideas from older ones. like wouldn't you make a man who was like Namor?In your comics. Like maybe a mermaid or a green skinned fish-man just a character who could live underwater. Yes I agree with about this Fighting American it is a totally unoriginal character. Also but wouldn't make a character who was symbolic to America ? Like in freedom Force they made Minute man and even a side kick liberty lad.

inspiration is different from total ripoff. this is something that was done out of spite ya know. funny actually.

I say Cap would win though. fighting american is rippoff I agree. And I think Cap could beat this probably weaker version of himself.
