no.. that is most likely a KoToR 2 mod for pc.. changing the skins and adding a few polygons.. I dont think they'll be making another kotor for at least a year

I know what it is but a mix of kotor 1 and 2.

It's defnitely KOTOR 1, you can see that you're on Taris in front of the Upper City cantina. It's probably like Satsujin said and it's a mod you can enter in to change how you look and give you different stuff to make you look like Revan.

Yep KOTOR 1 PC Mod, clearly.
