I might as well have put this in the Batman forum considering the margin by which he wins this contest.

batman is up there (probably top), but don't discount marvel...

the x-men have magneto, juggernaut and mr sinister (thats not bad at all)...

spiderman is pretty good too, venom, doc ock, gg, hobgoblin, shocker, electro...

Dick Tracy ?? He made the rouge gallrey thing.

I love the Flash Rogue gallery...next to Bats..it's the best in DC and the JLA has the 3rd best.
