It depends on the guys look I think o.o Just a random plain guy who wears casual clothes putting it on would look alittle weird but... Some rock/punk/goth guys wearing dark clothes and having weird shapped or dark hair/dark roots can make it look good I guess. But I'll leave this one for girls and some other peeps to decide

I wear eyeliner because it adds emphisis to my eyes.

I've never worn it because my eyes are already Blue/Green/Yellow. Any more emphasis and I'll have to fight em off with weapons.

If a man wants to wear makeup, regardless of his sexual orientation, that's up to him...it's called individuality and self expression, ever heard of it? It's everyone's human right, and is most popular in the alternative subcultures. Just the majority of people assume a man is gay if he wears makeup...not necesarily true. And if a woman judged a guy on him wearing makeup, she would be a shallow cow.
