Just use any paint program you have, even the crappy
Microsoft Paint to open, then re-save the image as jpeg/jpg.

Just wondering, do you know which subtitles are the correct version, I have both region 3 and region 2 Casshern dvd, and the subtitles on the region 2 are very much different to the region 3, for example, at the very end before the credits:

Region 3 - 'Hope... Our Legacy'

Region 2 - 'Hope, that's the name of Luna and my child'(well something like that)
