write ur own harry potter story and please! share

heres myn im writing it for a friend for her b'day! please share what u think!

Chapter One- Hot London days
It was a hot summer day on Privet Drive. Everyone who is anyone was inside there nice air conditioned houses today. Well all except Harry Potter. There he was lying on his back, frying in the summer heat. Uncle Vernon had kicked him out and told him not to come in, until the sunset. Not that Harry minded of course. He liked to be outside, gave him that kind of �free� feeling. After watching the clouds for what seemed like a lifetime, the sun finally went down. Harry went inside to find that dinner was being served, well to Dudley anyway. Aunt Petunia sent him upstairs with a Sandwich. �Well isn�t this a surprise� Harry thought. When Harry reached his room he found Hedwig on his bed with a letter tied to his leg. Harry quickly untied it and opened it, the letter was from Ron! It read

�Hello Harry! Just wanted to let you know that im coming by sometime tomorrow morning to pick you up. Dumbledore said that it was fine and for the rest of the summer you�re going to stay with us at the burrow! Can�t wait, see you tomorrow � Ron�

p.s Hermione is coming also! Oh and I have something important to tell you!!

While Harry ate his sandwich he couldn�t help but wonder just HOW Ron was going to arrive! He hoped not by flew powder - (again)! After packing all his clothes and books in his truck, Harry slipped into his Pj�s and fell into a deep sleep. He dreamed of Gryffindor playing against Ravenclaw and himself catching the snitch, winning then celebrating in the common room with all his friends.
Harry suddenly awoke to a loud knock at his window. For a moment he laid they�re trying to figure out what It could be. Then it dawned on him, RON! Harry ran to the window and pulled back the curtain, sure enough there was Ron.

Chapter 2- The Girl
Harry unlatched his window and let Ron in. �Hello Harry, . . . . .You�ve gotten skinnier since last I saw you!� � Nice to see you to Ron!� said Harry laughingly. �Seriously what ARE they feeding you?� Ron asked, �Evidentially not enough� Harry replied. �Well c�mon mate! Time is ticking,� said Ron. �But what about my trunk and Hedwig!� Harry replied. �Oh, Ohm right go on and take Hedwig out, I�ll take care of this!� Harry did as Ron said and let Hedwig out. Ron pulled out his wand and pointed it Toward Harry�s truck. . . � Transporitantiamous!!� Before Harry could say anything his trunk and Hedwigs cage disappeared. �Ron!! Were exactly did you transport them to anyway?� �Oh sorry bout that, the burrow, They�ll be there when we arrive!� �Now, I brought you a broom, best be on our way before the sunrises.� Ron said. Harry mounted Ron�s clean sweep he had brought and Harry, Ron and Hedwig flew off into the gloomy night sky.
�So Ron, What is it you wanted to tell me?� Harry Asked. � Oh umm about that, Well. . . . � Ron went on. �Come on, out with it!� Harry knuged him on his broom. �Alright, alright, I met a girl.� Ron blushed. � You met a girl . . .. AND!!� Harry said. �And she�s beautiful, sweet and coming to Hogwarts this year as a exchange student! Ron said fast and proudly! � Where did you meet her?� Harry asked. �Well I went to work one day this summer with my dad, down at the ministry. While dad was in a meeting I decided to walk around. I came to the magical registry desk and she was there with her parents, asking were exactly she could get wands and potions. Well since Mr. Jengly � (he was helping her) knows that I go to Hogwarts, he called me over. Asked me if I had time to take her to Diagon Ally? I said sure and for the rest of the day we spent it laughing and just well, having fun! Ahh Harry she�s wonderful! Ron said, �Sounds great! What�s her name?� Harry asked. �Melba Gretchen, she�s coming to Hogwarts all the way from the U.S! �Wow! That�s a first!� Harry said. �Yes! I can�t wait! , oh and Hermiones dying to see you!� Ron said fast. Harry didn�t know why but right when Ron said that, He felt his stomach kind of do a flip. �What the bloody hell was that all about� Harry thought.
Harry and Ron flew for another hour or so talking and laughing, until finally Harry saw the six layered, crooked wooden structure, nothing else but the Burrow!
Harry could see down below Ginny, Fred and George out in the Garden tossing gnomes. �HELLO DOWN THERE� screamed Ron. All three of them looked up and waved at Harry. Harry couldn�t help but smile. As soon as Harry�s feet touched the ground, he ran over to all them, they all exchanged hellos, hugs and smiles.
After chunking some gnomes himself for fun, Harry went inside to see if his things had arrived. He opened the old wooden barn door that leads to the kitchen to find Mrs. Weasly cooking lunch. �Oh good heavens Harry, I�m so glad you�re all right!� Mrs. weasly said as she gave Harry a great big hug. � How have you been?, have they been feeding you? Taking care of you?� Harry couldn�t help but laugh. �Yes Mrs. Weasly! I�m fine!� Harry said with a smile. �Well that�s a relief!� Mrs. Weasly said. �Do you mind if I run upstairs to see if my trunk has arrived yet?� Harry asked. �No not at all, Herminones upstairs to, she�s unpacking.� With that news Harry hurried up the old spiral staircase as fast as his feet could take him. Harry went straight into Ginnys room to find Hermione sitting on the bed looking out the window, her back facing the door. Harry quietly went up to her and gently touched her shoulder.

Chapter Three- The Kiss
�OHH Hermione yelped! HARRY!!� Hermione jumped up and hugged Harry for what seemed five minutes. Harry got a strange rush by having her body so close to his own. �Are you ok Hermione?� Harry asked as he pulled her in front of him. �I guess im alright, I�ve just been having these strange dreams� Hermione said as her eyes got watery. �Hermione . . . what�s wrong? What kind of dreams are they? Harry asked. (Harry couldn�t help but notice how pretty Hermione had gotten over the summer.)
�This just isn�t the right time to tell you Hermione stated.� She started to cry, Harry pulled her near him again and hugged her until the tears stopped. Hermione looked up at Harry and their eyes met, Harry didn�t know what came over him but he leaned down slightly and gave her a gentle kiss on the lips. To Harry�s surprise Hermione kissed him back. After a couple of minutes Ginny burst through the door and let out a little yelp. � Umm yeaa uhh llunch is rready!� she stuttered out and quickly shut the door again. Hermione ran out and down the stairs, while Harry stood there for a couple of minutes trying to figure out just what had happened.
Harry was the last one to arrive at the table, he sat in the seat in between Ron and Ginny, expecting Ginny to say something in front of everyone, but she didn�t. As everyone gobbled down there Grilled Cheese and mashed potatoes, Ron kept trying to talk to Harry and Hermione. � Who do you think will win the house cup this year Harry?� Ron asked. �Dunno� Harry said fast. �oook what about you Hermione?�
�I dunno either!!� Hermione said. �What is with you two? Ron asked. Both Harry and Hermione said � tired� at the same time. Then stared to laugh, Ginny got it and started to giggle too. Ron then got agitated and grabbed another sandwich.
All afternoon Harry tried to talk to Hermione about the Kiss, but she always seemed �busy�. Later onRon had asked Harry to come upstairs told him he had something he wanted to show him. Harry went up to Ron�s room and sat down on his trunk. �Well . . what?� Harry said. � I got a letter from Laura!� Ron said gleefully. � What�s it says?� Harry asked
Ron read

Dear Ronald,
I wanted to thank you again for helping me find all my supplies for school. It was VERY sweet and kind of you to do such a thing. I just got a letter from Dumbledore and he already sorted me into a house! Guess which one! GRYFFINDOR! I am extremely excited that I get to be in the same house as you! Well I guess I better go I have lots of packing to do! See you next week! Write back as soon as possible!

�Tell me she isn�t mad about me!!� asked Ron! �Oh she�s mad about you alright that�s for sure!� said Harry. � You know what Harry! Life�s good!� Ron laughed. Harry couldn�t help but smile, he had never seen Ron this excited since he got sorted into Gryffindor. � Hey Ron� asked Harry, �yea�, �Would you mind if I went out into the Garden for a while?� asked Harry. � Doesn�t bother me, Im going to bed shortly, don�t forget we have to go to Diagon Alley tomorrow! �I wont! Night Ron� Night Harry.
Harry changed into his Pj�s and went out to the Garden. He laid down on the soft grass and looked up at the foggy sparkling London sky. After a while he heard footsteps behind him and someone sat down next to him. � I guess im not the only one who likes stars huh? Hermione said to Harry. They both sat in silence, looking up at the bright stars, when Hermione put her head on Harry�s stomach. � I think it�s a good time to tell you about those dreams�. Hermione whispered. Harry nodded.

Chapter Four - Dreams

�You see I don�t know what they mean, and when I cant figure something out it gets me very troubled.� Hermione told Harry. �Well not to sound mean or anything Hermione, but that doesn�t surprise me very much� Harry chuckled. �Harry, here I am trying to tell you about my deepest thoughts, and your making fun of me!� Hemione said heatedly. � I�m sorry, that was very stupid of me, go on.� Harry said. � The past week or so, almost every night I�ve had this strange dream, I see this bright light and I can�t look into it because its so strong. So I close my eyes and just listen. Then I hear this woman�s voice and all she�s saying is Warn Him Warn him warn him, and then it just fades away, and I wake up in a cold sweat. It didn�t very much bother me at first, but as the nights go bye, the tone of her voice keeps on getting more and more serious. Its really starting to frighten me � Hermione told Harry. � Maybe its just one of those nightmares that doesn�t go away for a while.� He told her. � No I don�t think so, I know, it has more meaning.
The two sat in silence, Harry wondering what the dreams meant, and Hermione wondering how much more of them she could take. Hermione looked at her watch � Its almost midnight!� She said �Yeah we better go to bed, Mrs. Weasly will be screaming at is around the crack of dawn to come down to breakfast� Harry said jokingly. �You do have a point,� Hermione said. Harry decided that he would talk to Hermione some other time about the kiss, It didn�t exactly seem right to talk about that now. �Well goodnight Hermione,� as he gave her a hug. �Night Harry.�
Harry was almost asleep when his forehead started to burn, �Oh no� He thought to himself. �Not again�

Chapter 5 � Diagon ally and back
Harry didn�t get much sleep that night; the burning would come and go in spasms. Only when the suns rays were just barely touching the sky�s boarder did Harry finally get some sleep. Only to be awakened an hour later, to Mrs.Weasly coming into Ron�s room and throwing open the curtains. �UP, Come on dears, Get up!� She stated in her high-pitched voice. �Oh all right mum� Ron said muffled. � What about you Harry?� Mrs. Weasly asked. Harry made a sort of grunted noise and apparently that was enough for Mrs. Weasly, because before Harry could lift his head, he heard her in Ginny�s room using the same tactics. �Uhhh I swear that woman�s going to drive me off the wall one day!� Ron said as he stretched. �Whoa, Harry you don�t look so good! Do you feel alright?� Ron asked. � Just didn�t get that much sleep, that�s all� Harry told him as he pulled on his shirt and fed Hedwig.
The two boys arrived downstairs first and to Harry�s surprise the Weaslys little table looked like Gryffindor�s table, only smaller. � Alright!� Ron said, not seeming so tired anymore. Harry poured himself some pumpkin juice and waited for everyone else to arrive, while Ron dug in. � Man mum makes the best biscuits in the world Harry! Here try one!� Ron said handing Harry a buttered biscuit. � I�ll just wait� Harry said laughingly as he put it back in with the other biscuits. � Suit yourself then�
Another 15 minutes and all the Weaslys, and Hermione, were all at the table chowing down on pancakes, biscuits, bacon, fruit, toast and any other breakfast food you could possibly imagine! All except for Harry, who was nibbling on an apple. � Are you alright Harry?� Hermione asked. � I uh just haven�t woken up yet� oh, ok Hermione said to him giving him that � yeah sure, look.
When everyone was done with breakfast, Mr. Weasly looked at his watch and said very loudly �Good heavens is it that late already. Everyone, to the chimney! � Harry and Hermione both looked at each other with �o no� in their eyes.
�Well which one of you is going first?, We have NO time to dilly dally this morning!� Mr. Weasly said. Ginny jumped forward, (Harry could have sworn he saw Ron nudge her) � uh me I guess dad!� she said with agitation in her voice. Ginny stepped into the fireplace, took a handful of flou powder, and said (clearly) �Diagon Alley!� A huge burst of mountain�s emerald flames engulfed her and right before Harry�s eyes, she was gone. Hermione opened her mouth in aw, Harry had forgotten, she had never traveled by flou powder before! � I�d love to go next Hermione said out loud! � Well then sweetheart, u go right on in then� Mrs. Weasly told her. Hermione stepped into the fireplace and did exactly what Ginny had done. Then again she was gone right in front of there eyes. Then Harry went, �Diagon Ally! He spat out. Harry then was spinning, falling, coughing, and soon arrived at the one and only, Diagon ally.
The day went by ever so fast, as all the Weaslys, Harry and Hermione, bought all their books, chatted with friends, and finally settled down at the Leaky Cauldron for a well-deserved butter beer. � I cannot believe the summers already over!� Ginny proclaimed. Harry, Hermione, and Ron all nodded. They all sat in silence until Harry asked � So have you heard from Melba?� Ron turned bright red. �Harry!� �Oh� Hermione giggled, �whose Melba?� �She�s just a friend, she�s coming to school this year as an exchange student.� He said proudly. � Where from?� Hermione asked. � The U.S�
� U.S!� Hermione gasped. � She�ll be the only American at hog warts!� �Yeah so� Ron stated. � I just think it odd, she must have wonderful magical talent!� Hermione told them � Well im sure� Ron said back.
�There you all are!� Mrs. Weasly said as she came up behind them. �All done for the day, ready to head home? She asked the group. Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny all nodded. �Well get your things, and follow me!� Mrs. Weasly told them. They all followed her to the Leaky Cauldron�s fireplace, and were soon again at the Burrow.
�DINNER!!� Mrs. Weasly yelled up the old stairs. All six of them piled down and hurried for a seat at the table. As they all dug into Mrs. Weaslys pork, Harry leaned over to Hermione and whispered to her � We need to talk, after dinner!� Hermione told him sure and they both hurried up and finished dinner. Harry and Hermione went upstairs to Ron�s room and shut the door. � Well Harry, what did you want to talk about?� Hermione asked. �Well its um about the other night� He told her. � I was wondering when you�d ask!�

Chapter 6-Strange summers
Harry sat down adjacent from Hermione and before Harry could ask any questions, Hermione was pouring out all her thoughts to him. � You see I started having feelings for you since around our third year. I mean I kept them kind of hid from you and everyone else for a while. But earlier this summer, I started to think, what would be the worst thing to happen if I told you about them, rejection?� Harry looked at her, not knowing what to do (or say for that matter). �Well then why don�t we be girlfriend and boyfriend then?� Hermione ran over to him and gave him a huge hug. � I�d love that� She said and ran gleefully out of the room. Again, Harry stayed behind, still trying to figure out what had just happened.
After he had thought about it and realized how awesome this just might be, he decided to tell Ron. Harry went down a short ways to Ron�s room and opened the door. Ron was packing all his things into his trunk and was humming! Harry couldn�t help but laugh. � Ron what are you humming, and why? He said in between laughs. � Oh shut-up Harry, I just think this years gonna be the best one yet.� Ron said, with his face a shade of light red. � Harry sat next to Ron�s luggage and told him �Ron There�s something I need to tell you.� Ron stopped packing and looked at him � What?� Harry was trying to put the words together somehow. � I�m going out with Hermione.� Harry said awkwardly.
� Wow, you and her, I mean her and you, GOING OUT! That�s crazy, I mean that�s awesome, happy for you!� Ron said back. �Um thanks!, I guess I better be packing to ahe?� Harry asked Ron. � Yea! Knowing mum she�ll be like a rooster as soon as the sun comes up. Harry packed all his books and clothes on the floor into his trunk and locked it tight, changed into his Pj�s and decided before he went to bed, he would tell Hermione goodnight. He walked down the hallway and stopped outside Ginny�s bedroom door. Harry could hear Ginny and Hermione having �girl talk�. He put his ear next to their door (wishing he had a pair of extractable ears on hand) and tried to comprehend what they were saying. � I�m so glad for you, I cannot believe that you and him are actually dating now� Harry heard Ginny say. � Thanks, I don�t really want it to be one of those relationships were everyone knows though, do you know what I mean? Hermione told Ginny. �Well I read in witch weekly that relationships last longer when all your friends don�t know.� Harry decided that he�d skip the goodnight tonight and just go to bed. When Harry went back to Ron�s room he found him writing to Melba one last time by candle light before going to bed. � Hey Ron, I got something for you� Harry dug into his truck until he found what he was looking for. Harry went over to Ron and blew out his candle. �Why the bloody hell did you do that?� Ron said angrily. Just then Harry flipped on his flashlight and handed it to Ron. � Thanks for letting me stay here.� Ron answered anytime in amazement and quit writing his letter. Harry dozed off to Ron pushing the on/off button repeatedly until Ron himself, fell asleep.

Harry awoke to Mrs. Weasly squawking at the bottom of the stairs for them all to get up. � If you lot do not get out of bed you will miss the train, I AM NOT joking UP get UP� she yelled coming up the old stars. Harry looked across the room at Ron�s dusty old clock and saw that the big hand was just reaching 10. Harry hurriedly jumped out of bed and put on his clothes and threw his P�js into his trunk, locking it behind them. He looked over at Ron to him half off the bed with his mouth propped open, letting out huge snores in-between breaths. Harry ran over and started jumping on the bed smiling and shouting, �Weasly is OUR king� until Ron finally fell out and hit his head on the floor. � I�m up, I�m up� He said with a yawn. �HURRY Ron!� Harry poked him until he finally got of the floor. � Why the bloody hell are you so happy this morning?� Ron asked Harry.
�Because I have a feeling this will be the greatest year yet!� Harry said still jumping on Ron�s bed. Ron rolled his eyes and walked over to put his shirt on.
While Ron was getting dressed Harry walked down to Ginny�s room, knocked,
(Just to make sure) and walked in. Harry saw Ginny and Hermione still in bed. �GET UP!� Harry said as he ran over and went to jump on there bed. Right as he was about to jump, Hermione sat up half asleep and stated to him in a morning voice
�Do and die Harry�.
Eventually everyone managed to get to platform 9 �. After loading everything on the train and saying their Goodbyes and Thankyou�s to Mr. And Mrs. Weasly. Hogwarts Express puffed out of the station, and they were on their way.
Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny all sat down and closed the trolley door. Harry sat next to Hermione, and after about thirty minutes, she put her hand in his and broke the awkwardness. Harry looked over at Ron; he was staring out the window looking rather antsy. � Ron� Harry asked him. Ron sort of jumped and replied �what?�
� What�s the matter with you?� Harry asked. �Well you see, I�m uhh meeting Melba again today.� Ron kind of mumbled out. No sooner had he gotten those words out of his mouth, the compartment door opened and a petite girl with brown hair walked in. �Ron?� she said with a quiet voice

� MELBA!� Ron said as he jumped out of his seat. Ron ran up to Melba and gave her a big hug lifting her off the ground. �I�m so glad to see you! I thought this day would never come! I�m so excited!� she happily stated. From what Harry could see Melba was around five feet, (very little) had strawberry blond hair, eyes so sapphire they were almost icy, and perfectly clear skin with dots of freckles around her cheek bones. She was wearing a pair of blue jeans with a pink shirt and had her hair pulled back with a white ribbon. � Let me introduce you to everyone, this is Harry.� Harry stood up and shook her hand. �My sister Ginny� Ginny smiled at her. � And Hermione� Ron told her. �Pleasure� Hermione smiled. � Um well sit down!� Ron told her. �Thanks, I�m exhausted, and nice meeting all of you I�ve heard so much about yall.� she said with a smile. �So why are you coming so late to Hogwarts? Ginny asked. �Well my dad was home schooling me until now, we live on a farm so there tons of flying space, and we have a warehouse were I do my magic. �Interesting� stated Ginny. After that question, there was a awkward silence until the door opened again and a familiar voice asked them all �anything of the trolley dears?� Everyone picked out different things and all shared what they had. After that the compartment was filled with laughter and stories until the Hogwarts Express let out a familiar screech to let them know that they would be arriving soon. Everyone changed into their Robes and sat down again. � I�m so excited! I can�t wait to see the Great Hall, ive read all about it! Melba said with a huge smile showing off her white straight teeth.

� Harry laughed at this and couldn�t agree more with her though. Hanging out with two guys all the time can be hard on a girl he thought. After about thirty minutes the Hogwarts Express came to a stop. Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, and Melba all looked outside the window and Melba let out a gasp. �Its gorgeous, I never imagined it to be this extravagant.� Melba said in awe. �It is gorgeous isn�t it� said Ron. Ron looked right into Melba�s eyes and they both blushed and looked away. Ron, Melba and Ginny left the compartment and headed out to see Hagrid. While Harry and Hermione stayed behind. Hermione lifted on to her toes and kissed Harry on the cheek. �What was that for� Harry asked smiling. �I just have a feeling that this years going to be great!� Hermione responded. Harry thought it was odd that they both were thinking that. Hermione grabbed Harry�s hand and they both left the compartment to catch up with the others, on they�re way out Melba and Ron passed them heading back. �Where are you two going?� Harry asked. �Melba left her wand� Ron answered back. �Oh ok, well Harry and I will be sure and save you a seat near us!� Hermione told them.
Ron and Melba ran back into the compartment. � Ah here it is� Melba said as she picked her wand up off the seat. �Dad would have killed me if I lost it this fast� Melba laughed. Ron and Melbas eyes locked again and they stared at each other in silence. �Well um we well we better then get going great hall for dinner� (Ron tried to say). Melba laughed at him and agreed. As the two Ran to meet Harry and Hermione in the Great Hall, Ron couldn�t help but smile.

Haha im a girl! Sorry i had to do some last minute homework that i TOTALLY forgot! But today in biology i wrote like 2 1/2 pages of it cause today was "lecture" day Uhhh! Ill post as soon as i can type it! Sorry about the wait!

Melba and Ron had to run to catch up with everyone. It was a beautiful night at Hogwarts it was starry and the air was warm.
As Ron and Melba sat down adjacent from Harry and Hermione at the Gryffindor table, Melba couldn�t say anything. �Are you ok� Hermione asked Melba. �Oh never better, its magnificent, it�s glorious,� She said kind of out of it with her big blue eyes gigantic, and mouth open. �That�s how I felt the first time I saw the Great Hall to� Ron told her. Melba smiled sweetly at him. Professor Dumbledore stood up and everyone quickly hushed up. �Welcome back students, I and the fellow professors hope you had a really nice break.� Ron whispered to Harry �I really wish his speeches were shorter!� as his stomach growled. Hermione and Melba smiled, Ron blushed. The sorting ceremony had begun. Randy Blue. . . HUFFLEPUFF (a little blond haired boy ran off to the Hufflepuff table with a smile ear to ear.) Brenna Cyan. . . . . RAVENCLAW a cute brown haired girl in braids ran off the Ravenclaw table. Ron sighed and said �Blah, blah,blah,blah im starving!� He said as he put his head in his hand. �Oh be patient, look how much Melbas enjoying it� Hermione told him. Ron and Harry looked at Melba; her eyes were fixed upon the hat. �How does he know� she asked. Harry and Ron shrugged and Hermione went to open her mouth to speak, but Dumbledore stood again. �Congratulations to all first years. I hope you all have a magnificent year, also may I add that we have a new sixth year student, (Melba looked at Ron in shock) Melba please stand�. Melba stood up and everyone clapped, Malfoy snickered at her. �Let the feast BEGIN.� As soon as he said that every plate was filled with different foods. Harry and Ron talked about this year in Quidditch, and Hermione and Melba we giggling about the �which wizards right for you quiz� in the last edition of witch weekly. �Guys I have something to tell you, Harry told them, I keep on forgetting, I�m Quiddich captain this year.� Harry told them. �Congratulations!� Ron said as he patted him on the back. �Oh Harry that�s wonderful.� Hermione said holding his hand. �Can I try out?� Melba asked him. Harry was kind of surprised that Melba wanted to but he simply said. �Sure�

After everyone had finished eating, and were stuffed, Dumbledore announced for everyone to head up to there common rooms and go to bed. Harry and Hermione headed upstairs, Hermione was so tired that her head was on Harry�s shoulder. Ron didn�t realize it but Melba had her head in her arms and had fallen asleep after dinner. Ron waited as everyone left and gently shook her. �Melba, c�mon wake up, don�t you want to see the common room?� Melba didn�t move, so Ron sat next to her and shook her until she finally woke up. �Where are we?� She said all confused and tired. Ron took her hand and helped her up the stairs to the common room. �Thanks Ron� She said as they entered the hallway to the Gryffindor common room. �It�s so warm and inviting� She said as she sat down on the big burly red couch. �Yea it is� Ron said. �It�s almost eleven� Melba told Ron. �I probably need to go to bed, big day tomorrow.� Melba got off the couch and gave Ron and big hug and kissed him on the cheek. She went upstairs and to the right to go to sleep. Ron headed off to the boys room to find Harry and Hermione talking to Neville and Semus. After a while Hermione left, an the 6th year Gryffindor boys celebrated as always.

Harry woke up very early, he got dressed and decited to go into the common room and sit in front of the fire for a while. "I knew it" He said. Hermione was petting crookshanks and had her nose bury'ed in a huge book. "Good morning" Harry said as he snuck up behind her and made crookshanks jump. "Oh Harry you have got to stop doing that, you scare me so bad!" She said as she put her bookmark in the book and slammed it shut. "You hungry?" Harry said as he took her hand and helped her out of the chair. "Yea i guess, lets go." The two headed down the eight flights of stairs and into the Great hall. There were a couple of first years and proffessor Flitwick, and that was about it. As Harry and Hermione chowed down on bacon,pancakes,eggs,and toast a few more people started to arrive for breakfast. "Hey Harry, I better tell you this before Ron and Melba come down, last night after i left me and melba talked for the longest time, all about Ron. Harrys she so obsessed, its like thats all she can think about, Hermione told him as she poured another glass of pumpkin juice. " Well thats not a surprise, Melba's all Ron can talk about!" Harry said laughingly.

Melba rolled over and sat up in bed, she was so excited, this being her first day and all. She quickly put on her clothes, put her hair in two braids and snuck up to the boys dormitory. Melba crept over to Ron's bed and pulled back the curtain. "Aw he's so cute" she thought to herself. "Ron, hey ron" Melba whispered over him. "AHHHH" Ron screamed as he sat up so fast that the two bumped heads. "Oh Ron im so sorry, i didnt mean to" Melba said her face with a worried look. "Well i guess since its you ill let it pass this time" Ron said as he got out of bed and streched. Melba laughed and went down to sit on the couch while Ron changed.
"You ready to eat breakfast, im sure Harry and Hermione are already down there. . ... " Ron finished his sentence with a big yawn. "Absoulutly!" Melba said as she grabbed Rons elbow and put hers inside it, (to were there arms were locked). "Im so excited!"

The two went down to the Great Hall to find Harry and Hermione sitting there talking, "Well goodmorning, how'd you sleep your first night Melba?" Hermione asked her. "Never better, hey Hermione do you think that you could take me to the library i'd love to check out a good book before classes start" Melba said. " Im am SO glad you came to Hogwarts Melba!" Hermione said smiling at her. Ron and Melba finished there breakfast, after they were all done talkin the four of them split up. Harry and Ron went to talk to Professor McGonagall to talk about try out dates for quidditch, and Melba and Hermione went to the library to check out some books.

They all met outside the Defense against the Dark arts classroom right before class. "who do ya think will be our teacher this year?" Ron asked them as they walked in. Ron, Harry, and Hermione froze at who was sitting at the desk in front of them. Ron grabbed Melbas shoulder before she could go and introduce herself. " That might not be such a good idea" Ron said as he pulled up and chair and sunk into it. (Head in his arms) "This is going to be one interesting year" Harry said.

"What he doesnt look that bad" Melba said, as she pulled up a chair next to Ron. "Doesnt look that bad, DOESNT look THAT BAD, Melba do you even know who he is??" Ron told her quietly so he wouldnt hear. "No, sorry!" Melba said looking all confused. "Professor Snape, i cannot believe we have him for two classes now instead of one!" Hermione said as she sat too.
"Good morning class, so nice to see you I hope you had a wonderful summer!" Professor Snape said as he got up and opened a window letting some sunshine in. Harry, Hermione and Ron all looked at each other in awe as he kept talking about how excited he was to teach such "Focused" students. Melba looked down at them and said very seriously "I have no idea what you lot are talking about, he seems very sweet" Ron couldnt help but pinch his arm to see if he was dreaming.

After class was over Ron, Hermione, Harry, and Melba all walked into the courtyard to talk. " You know i never thought about this, but maybie he was just mad because he was teaching potions, when all he wanted to do all these years was teach defense against the dark arts!" Hermione said with a smile. "HERMIONE, what DID you put in his pumpkin juice this morning, that is NOT professor snape in there, that . . that cant be he's just TOO nice." Ron said still confused. "I think shes got a point Ron" Harry said.
The rest of there morning classes zoomed by and they decited to skip lunch and go to the common room to relax. After about thirty minutes of talking about Quidditch tryouts, Ron took Melba's hand and told Harry and Hermione that he needed to talk to her, alone. "Well go right ahead, im not stopping you" Harry said as Hermione giggled.
Ron led Melba to the Hallway right outside of the common room and asked her, " Do you mind if i took you somewhere tonite, no one really knows about it." Melba nodded excitedly and they walked into the common room again and plopped down on the couch.

WHEN WILL YOU BE WRITING MORE I CAN"T WAIT!!!!

Um i dunno, prob. tonite. Im kinda tierd though, im not gonna push it~ but ill try!

Sorry about not writing last night. . . thursday night. . .(not good with world wide time zones!) I was sick today and last night so i didnt really get to check the forums any but heres what i thought of!

The rest of the day seemed to fly by for Ron, but dragged on for Melba. She had a good idea what Ron was going to ask her, but she didnt wanna get her hopes to high.

During there last class of the day Melba saw Harry and Hermione wispering to each other, then looking at her. "I know there talking about tonite" Melba thought as she poured her crushed butterfly wings into her cauldron.

" I know it's tonite, I heard Ron practicing what to say infront of the mirror. It was quite funny actually, he kept messing up or his voice would crack, then that would made him go all red" Harry told Hermione as she tried not to look over at Melba. "Well lets not spoil it for her, I want it to be somewhat of a surprise." Hermione said to Harry as she stirred up there potion.

After a rather "quite" dinner, Harry told Ron and Melba that they were going to head up to the common room and get started on there Defense against the Dark Arts essay. " So we'll see you later then" Harry said as he and Hermione walked out of the Great Hall. As Ron watched Melba drink the last of her pumpkin juice Melba couldnt help but notice, "Do you want me to hurry up, you've been staring at me for like ten minutes!?" Melba said as she pushed her plate away. "Um yea, c'mon" Ron said as he took her hand and led her out the Great Hall.

Ron led Melba up to the sixth floor and before she could ask where they were, Ron butted in " Where were going tonite, no one knows about, only me, and you." Ron said very quitely as Melba nodded.
They walked down to the end of the hall and came to a stone wall dead end, this is where Ron kneeled down and pulled away a big stone block by there feet. "How'd you find out about this?" Melba asked looking confused. "Fred and George, learned that they can be VERY handy sometimes." Ron said now climbing down the ladder.
Holding Rons hand they both walked down a very narrow hallway lit only by Rons lumos spell. "We must have walked a mile" Melba said to herself as the finally reached another ladder. "Here ill help you" Ron said as he gave her a lift onto the ladder.
Melba climbed the ladder and pushed up on the stone above her. As she got to her feet, she stood in awe. "Ron, its MAGNIFICENT!"

Sorry its not much, but im really tierd Ill post more tommorow!

"Thanks, my brothers call it star point, cause you can see every star reflect off the lake." Ron led Melba over to the gate and let her look out, "its a full moon! " Right when Melba said that, a shooting star shot across the sky. "Make a wish" Ron said as they both looked up.

"Who should be on the team this year, I'm so confused!" Harry said to Hermione, scratching his head. Hermione took the list and *tried* to read. . . "Harry you really need to work on your handwriting" "Just read it Hermione!" Hermione read..

Harry said, as he gave a smile that would melt her. "Fine, but im JUST trying out THATS IT!" Hermione said as she picked up the list again. "I guess this couldnt be that bad" Hermione said, trying to keep a smile.

"Um can i ask you something?" Ron said as he took his eyes off the stars. "Sure what?" Melba said as she went over to the flowers and smelled a few. "Wanna be my girlfriend" Ron asked kinda quitely. "YES,YES,YES,YES,YES!" Melba said as she ran up to Ron and jumped into a hug. "Wow wasnt expecting that much of a YES!" Ron said smiling.

A couple of weeks later, Harry rolled over and opened his eyes. "Todays the day!" he said outloud. "Huh?" said Ron through his bed curtains. "Quidditch tryouts."
Harry heard Ron grunt them roll over again.

Hey guys i WILL post when i get home, Im at school right now haha in MATH! thank god for laptops!

Hey guys, I wrote lots in class today! Hope you like it (Im throwing a twist in it) Oh and next week i'll be gone on vacation! So im gonna try and post everyday this week!

It was a cold icy morning down at the Quidditch field. "Lets just get this over with so we can go eat!" Ron said rubbing his hands together.
"Ok is everone here?" Harry said looking down at his list.
"Ron". . ."Here", . . "Hermione". . "wish i wasnt" . . . "Melba. . um. . Melba". ."oh sorry, Here" "Seamus". . ."Here". . "and Ginny". . . "Here." "Alright" Harry said as he threw down his list. "Ok lets just do some drills! I wanna see Hermione and Ginny try to score, While Ron, you try and block them.

In a few minutes Hermione and Ginny were up in the air, passing the quaffle back and forth.

"Not bad, seven out of ten, I think thats equal, Ron's a good keeper and you two. . . your good chasers. (Hermione smiled)

They did drills until the Ice on the grass started to melt away. "Ok, you all made the team, oh what a surprise!" Harry said jokingly. "We'll start practice on monday, for now lets get some lunch."
All seven of them headed up to the castle, brooms in hand and wet with cold sweat.

After lunch the team split up and it was just the four of them again. " Ok, im bored, what do we do?" Ron asked. "Well why dont we go see Hagrid, Iv'e hardly talked to him all year" Harry said looking surprised "Alright" they all agreed.

Hermione knocked on the big oak door. "All i hear is Fang" Ron said with his ear pushed against the wood. Harry shoved through them both and opened the door, petting fang as he entered. "Hagrid?" Harry yelled, "you here?" "He must be in the forest, the backdoors cracked open. "This place is so cute! Everythings so big!" Melba said walking around. "I'll just leave him a note, we can always come back later." Harry wrote on a scratch piece of parchment,

"Alright, lets head up to the common room, it looks like rain" Harry said as he put the note under a coffee cup.

The four of them were headed up the stone steps, When Dumbledore stopped them. "Harry do you think i could have a quick word with you?" Dumbledore asked, his eyes sparkling. "Oh, yes, sure, Ill catch up with you guys later" Harry said as he followed Dumbledore. Harry followed him all the way up to his office.

"Ahh Harry im getting old" Dumbledore said laughing as he sat down in his chair. Harry walked around, looking at odd pictures and books. "So, um professor, why did you need to see me?" Harry asked looking at a picture sideways." Yes, sit,sit." Harry took a seat acoss from Dumbledores desk. "How have you been? Good i hope." "Yes sir, just fine." Harry said looking out the window at the rain. Dumbledore got up and walked over to the window Harry was staring out. "I see you, Ron and Hermione have found a new friend." He said, his hands on the window seal. "Uh yes, shes nice." Harry said, wondering what Dumbledores point was. "Do you know her well, Trust her?" Dumblesore asked now looking straight at Harry. "Yes, yes!" Harry said starting to get annoyed. "Dont get all in a knot Harry, I just want you to be careful"
"Careful, what do you mean?. . . Careful, Melbas fine . . shes . .shes harmless." Harry said as he rose from his chair. "Just be smart about who you trust Harry, . . . you may go." Dumbledore turned and looked out the window again.

Harry walked out and slammed the door behind him. "Why is he so protective of me? Iv'e been in life and death situations and he didnt mind, I make a new friend and he's all over me." Harry thought as he stood on the spinning staircase outside of Dumbledores office.
It was raining terribly outside as Harry headed up to the Gryffindor common room. He Decited tonite he'd have a little talk with Melba.

Harry crawled though the Fat Ladys portrait and into the warm, dry, common room. He heard Ron and Melba laughing, and Hermione trying to hush them up. . . "I have a HUGE test on Tuesday, can I PLEASE study in piece?" Hermione said, annoyed. "Hermione, its Saturday you have three nights to study for a QUIZ. . . . " Ron spat back at her.

"Melba we need to talk" Harry said grabbing her arm. He led her upstairs and into the boys dormitory, away from Ron and Hermione.

Melba sat down on Harry's bed and Harry sat down next to her. "Do you have something you need to tell me?" Harry asked looking her straight in the eyes. "Her eyes ARE gorgeous, I've never seen a shade of blue like that" Harry thought entranced. " I like you Harry, not Ron" Melba said calmly. About thirty seconds later he finally realized what she had just said. "Wh .. what.. . wow, no. . no Rons my best friend." Harry said jumping up from the bed. Melba got up, "Harry, just think about what i said" Melba walked out of the corridor and back down to the common room.
Harry sat down on his bed and put his head in his hands. " But I like Hermione, . . .right?" He couldnt stop thinking about those sapphire eyes.
A little while later Ron came up, Harry pretended to be asleep.( He didnt feel much like talking) He heard Rons shoes clunk the wood floor and him swoosh the sheets back and crawl in.
That night Harry was restless, He couldnt get his mind settled down. "Ever since school started I havent liked Hermione like i did at the burrow. No, No calm yourself, your her boyfr. . ." Harry sat up, he just thought of something, " Wait, we never officially agreed that we'd be girlfriend and boyfriend, so its ok to like Melba" Harry slumped back down again, " NO! Thats Ron's girlfriend, (He said sitting up again) NOT YOURS" Harry tossed and turned all night, not knowing what to do.
Some time in the night Harry was interrupted from his thoughts by Ron saying one sentence that made him think . . "Hermione, its just. since first year" Ron rolled over and started snoring again.
Harry didnt want the sun to come up, for he knew tommorow was going to be a little bit awkward. . .

Harry finally got to sleep late into the night. He woke up early that sunday to hear rain pouring down outside. "Ron. . Ron. . Im going to the library. . .do you hear me?" Harry said poking him with his wand. " Uh yea yea, back to the room, got it" Ron said rolling over and letting out a huge snore. "Oh forget it" Harry said walking down the stairs of the boys dormitory and into the common room.

He found Hermione on the couch curled up with a enormous book. "Heya Harry, can we talk?" Hermione asked looking up from her book. "Yea you can come to the library with me." Harry said not stopping to talk. Hermione put a bookmark in her "book" and slipped on her shoes.

After finally finding the book he was looking for he slammed it on the table and pulled up a chair. " Harry, do you mind . . . im TRYING to read" Hermione said pushing her his book off hers. "What did you want to talk about?" Harry asked all grouchy. He could tell today was gonna be boring. Hermione put her hand infront of what he was reading and looked him straight in the eyes. " We dont have anything going on between us anymore. . . right?" She said with a *please let me be right* face. Harry couldnt believe what he had heard. " No, i dont" He said feeling a little better. "We'll then back to friends" Hermione held out her hand, Harry laughed and shook it. "Friends"

Harry liked JUST being friends with her, it wasnt so awkward. Now he just had to face Melba.

Hermione and Harry headed back up to the common room. Hermione went to go wake up Melba, and Harry went to wake up Ron.
To Harrys shock Ron was sitting by the window, looking out at the rain. "Um Ron are you ok?" Harry asked sitting next to him. "She dumped me. . after only two weeks." Harry didnt dare tell Ron what Melba had told him last night. 'It's ok mate, i just sorted things out with Hermione." Ron looked at Harry. "Well thats good. . " Ron said looking back outside. "C'mon Ron, come with me to get some breakfast. . " Harry said trying to get Rons mind of of Melba. "Alright, oh Harry while i get dressed would you mind running up to the owlry and sending this letter to mum and dad for me? Ron asked. "Um yea sure no problem, meet you in the great hall" Harry told Ron and ran down to the common room.
"She's not there" Hermione told Harry as he was leaving the common room. "Well maybie she's in the great hall, I'll meet Ron and you down there in a few, i havta send this letter" Harry yelled back as he crawled through the portrait hole.

Harry climbed the rickety old stairs up to the owlry and saw Melba sitting at a table writing. " Oh, hi Harry, just writing to mom and dad, havent talked to them in ages." Melba told Harry as she got up from the table and attached the letter to a school owl. Harry caught Rons bloody bird and tied it to him, throwing him out the window.
"I uh heard about you and Ron" Harry said trying not to look into her eyes. "Yea, i didnt like him like i used to, i like someone else" Melba shot her eyes directly into his. Harry was intranced by them again. "Um you know, we should probably go get some food. .um breakfast" Harry said looking away. "Your right, lets go" Harry ran down the stairs and made his was down to the Great Hall. He saw Ron and Hermione laughing like old times. "Uh, never have a boring day" Harry thought to himself as he sat down beside Ron.
