Obviously, Mnemic is a reincarnated, revamped Fear Factory clone, question is, who do you think is better?

At first, I hated Mnemic, for the sheer fact they cloned old Fear Factory, all the way through Archtype, song structure wise and took their sound as well. After listening to "Deathbox" a few times, I'm afraid they may have actually upstaged the machinists of metal.

What say you?

i havn't actually heard Mnemic, but if all your doing is following a formula layed out by someone like Fear Factory, your going to have a hard time winning out. Fear Factory win simply because they were the fore fathers of the type of music they make.

Well i have not heard of this other band, but as i love fear factory so much i might have to see what there like!

I don't know, I've always thought they sound more like Soilwork, and some say they sound like Meshuggah. Anyway, I only have one of their albums, but I don't think they're anywhere near as good as Fear Factory.

Incidentally my favorite FF song is Zero Signal.
