Unicron wants to eat DC Earth. Megatron agrees to take the Decepticons to DC Earth for a recon mission (to search for any threats, and for energon) before Unicron arrives to eat. The Watchtower scanners pick them up approaching Earth.

Could the JLA turn away the Decepticons and Unicron?

Yep. Giant Robots vs. the JLA? One giant electromagnetic pulse courtesy of Green Lantern and the Decepticons go down. Or by a computer virus. Or by the Atom destroying their internal components.

Haha, I did a thread like this. No way could the JLA alone stop the Decepticons OR Unicron. Letting them team up is really overkill. They are just too powerful. I'd venture to say even if all the Marvel AND DC heroes banded together they'd still lose.

You guys should read the other Transformers-related threads. You'll see the arguments in my favor
