Why is smooth jazz called smooth jazz? It should be called smooth funk. Smooth jazz has no elements of jazz in it, that at least didn't come from funk. The term smooth jazz is very misleading.

Verily I am. But I'm more of a Mariners fan. Baseball however isn't something that I can speak too well about (I haven't been into baseball in like 11 years or so) though.
