This pits the Uber versions of DC and Marvel heroes against each other to see who has the most unreasonably powered up characters:

Ion stalemates Rune Thor (ion is omniprescent, but not omnipotent)
Parallax (jordan) takes DP (easily)
Prime takes max franklyn richards (just)
Superman 1million takes nate and cable (easily)
Flash beats Jonny (easily)
Surfer Beats MM, then loses to the rest of the DC survivors

Parallax will have tougher time with DP than you think. Prime taking Maxed out Franklin? He could take all off them himself. His powers are superior to that of the Celestials. Saying Prime could beat him, is like saying that Robin can beat Archangel Michael at full power. Nate controls Supes 1 million into killing the Flash, and makes him stand their sucking his thumb while Surfer manipulates matter in form of a rock and turns it into kryptonite, Rune Thor sucks all the power out of Ion thus empowering him, and finishing off any of the surviving DC characters. Together they bum rush Parallax, and he's pimp slapped to death.

Too easy.

Superman Prime is just the result of boredom and being a DC exec.

Don't really agree with him being in it but I think Frankie Richards could take him.

but ya he should be able to eat Prime at his max Power.

i whould think Parallax will be the most Difficult one out of all.

I say he takes on Dark Phoenix then goes after Frank . He he can do that.

Frankling by himself takes out half of DC. this dude is major uber powered up

Dr. Manhattan can own all of them
