Well, considering there are 5th dimension born Supermen, even if Prime cut off there Kryptonian powers through his 'covenant' with them (By the way, DC has gone a bit too far deifying Supes), they'd still have their 5th Dimension Imp Powers and Secundus, who is not bound by the covenant, would have all his powers. Plus, all Supermen know Prime's weaknesses and are fast enough to exploit them.

Prime is from DC one million right? WHy do people keep talkin about him? He's about as important as Superman and Wonder Woman's kid from The Kingdom. They're as good as non-existant characters. It's like talkin about Thanos w/ the IG...

Good point. Superman/WW's kid from 'The Kingdom' IS far more powerful than Prime. I think prime is ranked about #90 in the most powerful DC charachters, whereas Jonathan-El is ranked about #25.

never thought of that too true.

They didn't "need" the covenant, it was actually Prime's idea and they agreed. The agreement was that if the Dynasty could protect the Universe while Kal-El slept in the super sun, he'd act as a conduit and enhance their powers. They had Superman-esque powers without the covenant, Prime's hibernation in the sun simply enhanced their abilities to ridiculous levels. Like, for instance, Superman 1M's ability to fly at multiples of light speed and punch through time barriers. He can only do these acts in the presence of the Super Sun/Fortress of Solitude influence, but outside of it's range, he's still a Superman, just not a Superman on Super Solar Steroids.
