LT is the ultimate overseer and judge of the multiverse, so why did he let DP destroy a solar system?

Lt doesn't give a shit about those stuff he didn't even give a shit that Thanos had the IG.

HIs a Multi - Universal level and Galaxy is nothing to him , it's like there is a bug in the streets will you waste you time killing it.

LT allows things so that the Universe can retain its balance.

because the Phoenix ate the star from it's natural hunger......... much like how Galactus eats planets............. or it could be because he knew the phoenix would end up saving as many lives as it destroyed
