This question is for brits.. can someone please tell me when the clocks go back? I know its soon but I have no idea when...

Yup Sunday the 28th

here in Arizona we do not have daylight savings time (turing back the clocks)

I do not have to worry about the time

does that mean we get more sleep, or less, i know its essitanly the same, but im ot sure if its when the clocks go forward or back, but it really F#@ks me up when daylight savings hits

Spring - Forward
Fall - Back
So we get less sleep

Techniquly speaking of course

it really depends on where you are from...places in the United States turn there clock forward 1 hour so that means they lose an hour.

Turning back a clock 1 hour means gaining an hour.

It changes on the last Sunday of March, which is this Sunday coming up.

still they could abolish it there is no point for it anymore

WTF?! i'm from California and we set back our clocks...why in the hell does our neighboring state not do it?
