Is that even possible? To have more than one account???

you would be in breach or your user rights

technically you're allowed, as long as you don't use the other accounts for devious purposes... that's at least my interpretation from that rule

but what if another person using the computer made an account???

it's changed, Smodden, now it's one account per person and per computer

so...technically you could have 5 computers in your house and...then all hell breaks loose

i have a question..i made this account becuase i couldn't access my old one becuase i forgot my password but my hotmail address hadn't saved so i couldn't get the new password...does that mean i'm banned?...i did e-mail raz for help a load of times...

if you're in a network, you still have the same IP (under normal circumstances)

What if somebody makes a new account on another computer, and then they use their own computer to log in and post and everything?

Wouldn't that make the user's IP address different than their original name, but they would still be able to use their own computer?

For some reason, my ISP said I could have a floating one or pay extra for a fixed IP..
It changes every time I turn the PC and modem off.
