It's hard to say. I doubt that steel would make his niece armor any more powerful than his. And she can kill all three of marvel by herself. I think she is called robogirl. But I know steel made her armor and it is way powerful. I read somewhere that steel can lift 4 kilotons in his armor. I think that's about right for DC since superman has been shown to lift 1 million ton. But this is the same guy that went toe to toe with the eradicator before he improved his armor. Cyborg on the other hand is relatively weak. Listed at being able to press over 5 tons. He can probably lift more than that, but it is hard to find anything that tells his strength level. But he has a variety of powers to include the megodrome. and mettalo fights supes on a regular basis. I say DC.

Ultron alone could beat all of them.

Yeah, he is made from Adamantium.
