Magni son of Thor, Silver Surfer, and Hercules at full strength(W Adamantine Mace) VS. Pre- Crisis Superman, Pre-Crisis Darkseid, and Mongul. Here's Magni stats:

Marvel wins because of Hercules's new enhancements and Mongul's lack of power (comparatively).

Darkseid owns them all.

he owns nobody he will probably facing Surfer and Surfer has the power to **** him up remember darksied got beat by superman.

can't surfer just change his molecules , plus surfer is much much faster than Darksied.

after darkseid is done , surfer will have no problem with the other two as well.
