My sis bites her nails, i sometimes do but my worst habit is biting my lips constantly until they bleed the best (or sick? whatever your preference) bit is, i like sucking on the blood!

i stopped once i got my braces ummm 7 years ago. I do it very rarely...like if i clip them bad, then i'll nibble a sharp edge to try and make it look better....but it never works.

I don't I read an article about all the stuff and parasites under your nails, that was 5 years ago, and that stopped me it's very nasty actually. Plus I love the long nailed look

lol...i never cared bout that, i jus read this one after my prom date thread...so iwas like, lets make this time kill 2 birds w/1 stone kinda thing...get a prom date/gf, n stop bitin the nails..

I used bite them like every 5 minutes and it took me ages to stop but now i bite the skin around my nails and sometimes i bite too much and it bleeds i also bite the skin on my lips and my lips are really sore today

I wear this one lip balm, it's vanilla and it sends this tingling sensation through your lips, not to mention it smells and tastes really really good
It makes your lips really soft too
