The fantastic four vs the new fantastic four(Wolverine, Spider-man, Ghost Rider and i think Grey hulk:, if anyone could clairify which hulk it would be much appreciated)

I say that the Fantastic Four win...although Ghost Rider has Penance stare...

It was Grey Hulk and the outcome of this fight depends entirely on the writer.

Would the penance stare work that well on the FF? How much grief could Galactus feel from not eatting Earth?
