Name some bandds that you think have gone wrong in their music direction.

Inflames : This band has really gone wrong with thier last few albums

Metallica : you know the story

Korn : started good and went downhill since

Theatre of tragedy : since liv left this band has really sucked !!!

Soilwork : they started off witha decent album and then became numetalish and their last album stabb the drama

Marilyn Manson wasn't good enough originally to go wrong.

Korn was the first name that came to mind. Manic Street Preachers I guess.

(Suggesting if eMotive is a sign of whats to come, and worse, if that's their final effort - The final band line up was too promising)

Train - the first album was, surprisingly, really good...and then along came that idiotic, insufferable 'Drops of Jupiter' song. And the rest of that album. I usually don't say this because it sounds so trite, but *sigh* they 'sold out.' Utterly and completely - their music is now tailored to the mainstream.

A swedish band called Glory was the first that I thought of, their first cd was mindblowing but the later stuff is very bad, and then there is a well known band called Dokken, who now sucks prertty bad, no really bad!
