Black Bolt's powers may give him mental defence against telepathy, if they do then he wins, if not he loses

He's so disciplined, he has to have some sort fo rudimentary mental defense. Plus, his eveil brother's power is various telepathic effects, so the fact that he's beaten him has to say something. I say Black Bolt takes this.
